Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I document my days, outfits, and all the things I love.

My Fridge Organization Picks

My Fridge Organization Picks

Organizing truly makes me heart happy and helps to put me at ease when I’m anxious. Plus when an area is both functional and pretty, you’re more likely to use it to its full potential. Last weekend, over on Stories, I posted a quick video of my garage organization and had so many messages from people letting me know they loved that type of content. Y’ALL ARE MY PEOPLE! So this week, I thought I’d share the products I use to keep my Fridge in shape.

I’d like to preface this post by saying I HATE my fridge. The organizational solutions make it better, but they’re also very necessary. The side-by-side doors mean it’s incredibly narrow and we’re really limited by what we can fit in it. Unfortunately, I can’t bring myself to replace it when it still works perfectly well.

Within a week of living with this fridge, I realized being able to corral items by category was going to be the only way we would avoid having to dig around to find things in the back. So, I bought these Refrigerator Storage Bins. They come as a set of 6: 2 big bins, 2 small bins, 1 egg holder, and 1 can holder. They have been an absolute lifesaver! I love that I can just slide them out to reach things at the back. We use the two largest ones for bakery items (bagels, bread, etc.) and snacks. One of the small ones we use for our cheeses, but I lost the other small one a while ago…womp womp.

I love to have fresh fruit easily accessible for snacks but I hate the little plastic containers they come in. I found these glass containers as a set. I can clean and cut my fruits and have them easy to grab whenever we want them. They’re deeper than most Tupperware so I can fit a ton of fruit in them and because they’re clear I can always tell when it’s time to re-up.

I like to keep cold brew and iced tea in the fridge, but the containers they come in take up too much space in our narrow fridge. These carafes are the perfect size and look a whole lot cuter too. They come in two sizes with either a black or a while lid with a pour spout.

Like I mentioned earlier, allowing things to hang out in the back of the fridge is a recipe for disaster and random expired foods. This Lazy Susan allows me to keep all jars and things like sour cream and jams in one central space where I can still see them all.

When I saw these labels on The Home Edit’s Instagram, I added them to my cart immediately. There are 36 labels in the pack for every fridge category you could possibly need and they’re only $9.99…but the shipping was almost that much. (We don’t have a container store in my area). My husband happened to be going on a business trip to Salt Lake City…and there was a Container Store 6 minutes from his hotel. He definitely thought I was a crazy person, but he got them for me anyway. I sure love that dude… even if he says I’d label everything in our house if he let me haha. They are so perfect and make finding things a breeze.
