Walmart Fall Haul
I did not expect clothes that I purchased from the same place that I purchase my groceries from to be so good.
Like, I’m shook.
In February of last year, Walmart announced several changes and additions to their apparel department, including some new brands. This has translated into some seriously cute clothes.
I went to Walmart for ONE thing (this darling moto jacket I’ve been seeing all over Instagram lately), and left with everything in this haul. Speaking of that jacket...it’s so good. It’s very lightweight so it transitions to fall easily and I’m blown away that it’s under $25. Currently, the size small and size medium are coming up at $11 (!) online, so I’d RUN! It also comes in black.
I fell in loved when I saw this cardigan because it reminded me of the similar Madewell cardigan but at a fraction of the price. This baby is.....wait for it.... $12.96. Even my husband complimented it! It’s pretty versatile and looks cute in a front tuck and untucked. Runs TTS, but I’m thinking about buying another one in a size up for an oversized fit. Also comes in green, gray, and an orangey red.
I swooned over these flannels when I saw them on a few other bloggers. They’re not the tradition flannel material- they’re much thinner and lightweight, making them perfect for layering or tying around your waist. They also come in a blue/navy plaid, a red/tan, and a brow/red and I’m about to go pick one up in every color. They run a little oversized, so TTS for a looser fit.
I. AM. HERE. for the snake skin trend this season. This blouse... it was love at first sight. It caught my eye from across the aisle as I was perusing the basic tees. It’s slightly cropped with a stretchy band around the bottom that makes it appear as if it’s just flawlessly tucked in. They come in 3 other prints as well: a red polka dot, a blue and white stripe, and an olive floral. The best part? It’s only $12.96!
I shared these faux snake skin boots on Instagram last week and I’m still so shocked over how good of a deal they are. I actually purchased a way more expensive pair a few weeks ago and was not as impressed with them. These puppies are so comfy because the sole is memory foam and for just $20, they can’t be beat!
When I was about 3, I saw a baby doll in the grocery store and asked my mom if I could have it. My mom told me no & I immediately burst into tears and yelled “BUT SHE NEEDS ME!” (My mom loves to tell that story haha)
Same thing happened last week when I saw this faux leather moto jacket.
Fun fact: i own 6 faux leather jackets in various colors. They’re my favorite accessory and I essentially live in them throughout the Fall and Spring.
I can’t get over how good this one is, down to the silver details and the slight slouchiness. I sized up to a large anticipating that I would want to layer it over thicker sweaters in the winter, but I’d say it runs pretty TTS and I probably would have been just fine in a medium. They also have the same jacket available in plus sizes. Such a great find for under $25!
